“I would give 100% but on my last order the car deodoriser was missing, even thou it was marked off on the pick list. I've always had them on previous orders. If you could send one then I would be happy to give 100%”

“The site gave good guidance on parts like air filters & sump plug bolte to save me needing to look up part references, suggested oil thinner than owners manual suggests (older car maybe advice has changed over time) but site allowed me to easily search for options I which worked for me, and I knew if I'd needed to I could have called and got dependable guidance. Order came by FedEx which allowed me to change the delivery to a day I'd be in. The driver left the package at the door rung the doorbell and was gone before I made it to the door. House numbers repeat on my street so would really have liked them to check they had the right address before going but that is not really on Opie Oils.”
