Hi, Thank you for your feedback — we’re really pleased to hear you found the product good value for money. We’re sorry the delivery arrived outside the expected time window and appreciate the inconvenience caused. Delivery slots are provided by the courier and can occasionally shift on the day due to factors like routing and traffic. That said, a delay of around two hours is not the level of service we aim for, but we do feel a 1-star rating is quite harsh given the order was otherwise delivered successfully and on time in terms of the delivery day. “Been using Opie oils for over 15 years, and the service is as good as ever. Quick dispatch, well packed - no leaks - and spot on every time. The oil and filter lookup is a great tool as it is sometimes difficult to know what grade oil your car AND the specific engine you have fitted needs, it's even better than the owners manuals on most cars for getting it right!”

“When placing the order all products showed as in stock, paid extra for next day delivery. received an email to say goods sent and a tracking email from FedEx. Nothing arrived, contacted Opie to be told that the product had gone missing from their warehouse?? I then had to change my order and wait a further 2 days for the goods to be delivered.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had here — we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after paying for next day delivery. On rare occasions, stock discrepancies can occur within the warehouse, meaning an item shows as available but cannot be located at the point of picking. Unfortunately, this appears to be what happened with your order, and we appreciate how disappointing that is — particularly after you had already received dispatch and tracking confirmation. As soon as this was identified, we worked with you to amend the order and get a replacement out as quickly as possible, but we fully recognise this caused an unwanted delay. As a gesture of goodwill, the delivery charge has been fully refunded.
