“I ordered some oil and Opie were fab. It was dispatched via FedEx, however I had two fantom deliveries where FedEx said that I had refused delivery twice and subsequently were returning it to Opie. I contacted Opie sales team who raised a ticket with FedEx who eventually told them that the package has been damaged and that their driver had incorrectly labeled it as customer refused. Opie were great and dispatched a repeat order via Royal Mail 48 hrs. They delivered and I am servicing my car tomorrow! I will then see if Valvoline is as good as I am told it is... Well done Opie! Fab service, I'll use you again!”
