“I needed a set of disc pads quicker than the delivery date in the website. After a telephone call, which was answered in 3 rings, the order was fast tracked and arrived in time. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that cares and goes beyond "computer says no".”

“Website doesnt provide manufacturer reccomended oil nor volume of oil required Also took 4 days to dispatch the oil, it did state up to 7 days for delivery but this needs to be faster”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. When using our website we have the vehicle registration tool for users to use that will bring up the recommeded parts and fluids. Alternatively if you need further assistance our sales and tech team are on hand ready to help. Regarding the dispatch time of the order, it was ordered on Monday and dispatched on Wednesday. The service chosen was a FedEx standard, we do offer faster dispatch and delivery options should they be needed. The dispatch and delivery times were provided pre & post checkout. “Service and pricing always A1. If I had to be critical of anything it would be the courier as I had a notification it was out for delivery 10 mins before it was due but that's on them normal on Opie. Great service, many thanks.”

“Great company, ordering oil from them for my car, second time now. Cheaper than competitors, also arrived quicker than expected, which is always nice. However, the last order I received in a half opened box, luckily all the items were there, nothing is missing. Also, last year my order was delivered next day by FedEx, now they are using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.”
