“Very helpful customer service. I was passed on from the first call handler and when I got to the second one he knew the details of my call. I did not have to repeat myself, that's great to start with. Then I found the memebr of staff very helpful and knew his stuff re motorcycle oil. Rectified MY mistake at no cost to me and quick delivery. Will be buying from again. Just a shame this form does not have spell checker”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into this and you had ordered on the Saturday when we were closed and then the order was dispatched ontime on Tuesday as stated on the order confirmation pre & post checkout. We do value the feedback, however given that we have fullfilled the order within the given dates we feel that the rating does not accurately reflect the situation. Kind regards, Sam
