“Items were listed as in stock, but there was several days delay before the items were shown as enroute. Further confused by courier who advised that the items would be delivered within 48 hrs ??.”

While the items were listed as in stock, a recent spike in demand and temporary warehouse staffing issues caused a backlog in dispatch, which unfortunately led to mixed messages from the courier too. “Ordered alloy cleaner. One of the bottles had leaked. Resulting in Royal Mail having to place parcel in plastic wrapping as cardboard box was sodden.”

“On my first two purchases I received the products quickly. On time. However, the third time I made a purchase, I only received the product 9 days after the purchase. I had to reschedule the oil change because the products didn't arrive in the time specified at the time of purchase. But I still recommend it!”
