“To be honest I can’t give you any more than that Deliveries are slow go be sent out wrong info on the web page causing wrong items ordered now the phaff of having to send it back and wait for a refund not worth the effort I’ll shop locally next time”

Thanks for the review. I can see your order was dispatched on the Tuesday after the bank holiday and delivered on the Thursday, 3 days before the delivery estimate. After looking into the notes on the order I can see the lookup was not used for the incorrect parts ordered. If the search bar is used you will navigate away from the lookup. A warning is shown once this has happened and I have attached a screenshot to show this. As a goodwill gesture, I can see our customer services team have offered to pay to collect the incorrectly ordered parts and refund them upon arrival.

“Opie oils isn't the absolute cheapest, however you do get excellent service with prompt delivery with good communication. Couple that with the staggering range of lubes, greases, chemicals and other specialist fluids; they are hard to beat!”
