“There is no clear selection when choosing the air filter(for ex) Website redirects you to the general list of filters even if you have the number plate or car model registered. Ended up me ordering the wrong part and now can't return it due to 14 days have passed.”

Thanks for the review. Once a registration number is entered the website takes you to a page with all of the correct reccomendations. I have attached a screenshot of this page for reference. The search bar does however navigate away from the lookup as it is a generic search. There is a warning to let customers know this has happened. As for the return, we have a 60 day returns policy so you are more than welcome to return it to us for a refund. I hope that helps clear things up.
