“First class company I have dealt with for some years now. All my orders have been dealt with correctly and efficiently. Where one item failed to work, it was replaced immediately without question and the phone contacts I have dealt with on a few occasions have been extremely knowledgable and helpful and, more to the point, there was no waiting on the phone as is often the case with other organisations.”

“Label stuck on box upside down so when it was left on driveway by courier a quantity of oil had leaked over the spark plugs, filters and a patch on my driveway. Opie replaced the ruined items but no offer to supply anything to remove the oil patch from my drive. Very glad that my wife hadn’t taken the box inside and left it on the carpet!”
