Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into this further and it shows that the order was delivered within the delivery windown. It was dispatched on time on the 17th and delivered between the 18th and 19th as shown on the order confirmation, pre & post checkout. Please note that you ordered on a FedEx standard service, we do offer faster dispatch and delivery options, however these were not selected. With that in mind we feel that 3 star rating does not accurately reflect the service provided. Nevertheless, we appreciate your time and also for choosing Opie Oils. Kind regards, Sam

“The most important thing - the oil seems genuine and it make immediate difference on engine noise and working compared to something I changed just 7 days ago. Otherwise it was sent in nice package with small complimentary gifts, which are nice of course, but the oil qulity is what I care really and I am very happy that Opie oils are keeping to the professional standards and genuine products absolutely critical for our engines.”
