“Love Opie. FedEx delivery service is poor, however. Big time windows and poor tracking. This time round both my Motul oil containers arrived dented and quite rusty on the outside. Haven't used them but don't expect any internal contamination. So 5* for Opie but knocked off 2 for the dents / rust and FedEx.”

“Order No 2031756- My parcel is still not delivered by this incompetent and stupid FedEx company you are colaborating with. There are a chain of events where I instructed on second attempt to leave my parcel in my shed but the driver try to open my house door instead , left missdelivery note written "door locked" then left with my parcel back to Depo (CCTV recording can be provided) .On the third attempt with 2 filled complains (last one FedEx escalating complaint C/2076002802 ) ,more then an hour spent with their customer service 3 times on the phone also with the promise will be delivered Friday 3 October 2025, the driver decided to do what he wants attempting @ 15:30 to deliver my parcel leaving missdelivery note with the excuse he attempt earlier " After 5 pm, I finish 3:30 pm " . I think you have a massive issue with this joke company which is doing to you a great disservice.”

“Opie oils service was fine but Fedex delivery could do with an update to give an approximate 2 hour delivery window instead of a date and "before 6.00pm". Has beem known to wait in all day and then get delivery the day after, as was the case this time!!”
