“Hi bought citric acid and go baking soda one of my staff wasn’t paying attention to the packaging as the citric acid and baking soda has similar packaging . My entire batch of drink has to be thrown away . Please pay attention Michael sawyers Koolvibes trading ltd .”

“Products and service fine. However, I would suggest a little addition to promotional message of spend 20 pounds to get free delivery. I did not get free delivery so sent a message and was told this amount is excluding VAT paid on goods. Please add this extra info on the website.”

“Not happy that there’s very short best before dates otherwise it would have been good..supermarket has 3 years just ingredients 4,6 no more than 12 months best before they told me I can use it a year after best before that’s besides the point…they say cheaper that’s besides the point also I’d rather pay and have a good date….”
