Rather than following regular recipes which state a teaspoon of this and that, Just Ingredients has it all prepared and ready to add in a matter of seconds. I bulk cook curries and freeze them and once a week it's curry night. My partner says they are even better than takeaways and I have to agree. My first attempt at making a curry from scratch was with a Jamie Oliver recipe....as much as I love his cooking, the curry was a disaster and tasted of vinegar. I was put off making one for years until a friend recommended this company. It may sound like a cliche, but these spice mixes changed my life. The flavours are there throughout the whole meal.
