“Friendly efficient service conducted by email. I have a set of the 2014 lights for which replacement bulbs are no longer available. That is a shame as the light was much more subtle and the colours stronger than with the new, energy efficient LED string, but at least I have been able to keep the lights going. They are in use every day.”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your informative post and your lovely photo. I am really glad you are able to keep your fairy-lights going. We have tried to make the new LED lights as soft as possible, so they are off-white rather than a really glaring light. It may take time to get used to them because certainly the older style filament bulb cables are a more yellow/creamy light. I do hope you grow to like them... Yours warmly, Kate

“We adore the new lights in our children's new bedroom. This was the only place we could find that allowed us to choose the colours, are plug in rather than battery, and had a long enough wire for what we wanted. Really easy to assemble! They were more than we wanted to spend but they were well worth it. Thank you!”

“I can't praise highly enough the service I received from Kate. I had a very difficult personal situation at the time I contacted Kate and she was incredible - sorted out my lights and went a long way to ease my situation as best she could.
