“Once I'd taken time to assemble my set of lights I found them gorgeous and of very good quality. Would recommend to friends! The only downfall for me would be when ordering a custom colour set you can't then save the order you chose to have your colours and then you have no colour guide to work from when you receive them.”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your post; it is a good point you make and I do advise people who contact us directly that if you take a screenshot of the shuffled colours as you like them, you can then place them on the cable in that way. “I recently bought a second set of lights. The colours are great and they have the added advantage of now having the LED bulbs (my first set hasn't). Excellent service and bonus discounted price. Thank you Cable and Cotton!”

“The fairy lights are fab ... maybe they cost a bit more than other brands but worth every penny! Really high quality. They tick the 2 boxes that William Morris suggested: don’t have anything in your house that isn’t beautiful and useful. The customer service is second to none. SO helpful and accessible. Keep it up cable and cotton... you are fab!!”
