“I ordered a prescription for a water infection but it took 8 days to arrive and not 24hrs, not sure why or who is at fault, but a water infection needs to be felt with Quickly not over a week later, quite disappointed with the service.”

“I ordered 100g of Dermovate which cost over £25. What I received were 3 tubes of 30g each, so 90g. I contacted customer service who arranged a 10% refund, but it was a little annoying that the company felt they could provide a customer with less than they paid for and leave it to me to raise it as an issue.”
