“I never recieved my item”

Dear Andrew, Firstly, we have used special delivery for your order, please kindly check the invoice and the postage label. Your order delivery was delayed by one day, this was entirely due to Royal Mail and not AccessDoctor as we had shipped it out on time. On the matter of the refund, please check you bank statement, we have already given you a full refund for the delivery. Thank You

“I was very relieved to received the medication. My own GP doesn’t take repeat prescriptions over the phone and I was uneasy about visiting him in a closed consulting room as I am well over 21!!”
