“There was an issue regards delivery more to do with Royalmail process than Access Doctor However I contacted with details of missing order via WhatsApp and had instant response. The issue was dealt with very efficiently and a replacement order delivered the following morning. Highly recommended service especially when things that go wrong are corrected quickly with no fuss.”

“I don't usually order from an online doctor, but as I was running out of my inhaler, and couldn't get a GP appointment in time, I decided to try it out. I must say, I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to request my order, and I recieved the delivery within a few days. I will certainly consider them again in the future.”

“I never recieved my item”

“This was my first experience and it was not good.My prescription was sent to the wrong address.I will have to think about using them again.I still do not have it after waiting a week. Not a happy camper”

Dear Andrew, Firstly, we have used special delivery for your order, please kindly check the invoice and the postage label. Your order delivery was delayed by one day, this was entirely due to Royal Mail and not AccessDoctor as we had shipped it out on time. On the matter of the refund, please check you bank statement, we have already given you a full refund for the delivery. Thank You
