“I first had symptoms of a UTI on Tuesday evening so as I was going away on Friday I ordered some trimethoprim on Access Doctor. The medication did not arrive until the following Tuesday - a week later. In this time my UTI had developed into a kidney infection and I was feeling very unwell. I wrote an email via the complaints email address on the Friday morning to inform them that my medication had not arrived - which I appreciate is probably a Royal Mail issue - but I have received no response. Lack of communication and using an unreliable postal system means I will not be using again.”

Saves a trip to the Doctor or even trying to get an appointment which us a nightmare considering there's a one hour window each morning but you can't even get through on the phone.
