“I used Access Doctor due to difficulties getting an appointment with my GP prior to the bank holiday weekend. I knew exactly what I needed and therefore the process very simple. After completing my online consultation I received an email advising my age had been verified and my request was under review by the pharmacist. This was on a bank holiday Monday that I really was not expecting. My order came on the Wednesday. I am very Impressed with Access Doctor and will definitely be using thier services again should I require medication. Thank you so much for making me feel alot better than I did. Amazing service”

“It was easy enough to complete the consultation etc, however, my primary reason for using this service was speed, it was a Friday and a bank holiday weekend, I had no chance of seeing my GP until the following Tuesday so I thought this was ideal. But in the end I didn't receive the medication until over a week later. Not ideal when it's antibiotics I'm waiting for and paid 50% more than I would've for an NHS prescription.”

“I love Access Doctor, the only out point is the currier That they are using; is very disappointed me. I didn’t get my parcel because I wasn’t at home and normally all the currier leave the parcel outside my door or in the commune area, this time they have decided to bring my parcel to a Post office which is il only open from 8am to 10am, and unfortunately I’m working and I will need to wait until my next day off.”
