“Photo was perfect but skin size didn't really fit my phone but other than that it's good for the price.”

“Disappointed that the package you sent the goods in stated what the goods were on the outer label. I ordered a present for my wife. Since she picks up the post she saw what it was before I had a chance to hid it. Other than this the service what fine.”

“Photo was good quality but product didn't stick on phone properly. Glad I got it for free as I would have been very disappointed.”

“I placed an order which I didn't receive, nor did I receive a confirmation email to say it had been dispatched. I emailed 1 week after I placed my order and had a prompt response to advise me it was sent in the post and they would resend my order immediately. This came the next day which I am very pleased with. If it was just based on customer service I would give a 5 star (very good)”

Hi Becki, we do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“The quality of the photo is fab. However there wasn't my phone option so I purchased the closest one and cut it to size, it just looks like I have a photo stuck to my phone!”

Hi Harley - if we don't have a skin for your phone then we definitely would not recommend just buying any skin and trying to cut it to fit yourself - this is never going to look good

“I didn't like it really. It's not all that, I could get it cheaper elsewhere even if the China quality is better (on eBay) plus they have this BW initial in big and bold in black printed on top of the design which is annoying.”

Hi Hamida - you created the design with the large black BW on it. You chose a template which had a marble effect background with monogram lettering, you then replaced the background image and left the monogram initials in place, we can obviously only produce what you have designed. With regards to quality there are no other cases on the market that are produced using the same high quality materials and high definition print production. eBay phone case products are known to break quickly and have the print fade.

“Service was good and it arrived in good time. Think price point is too high. Also, the settings suggest that the image will also cover the sides of the phone which it doesn't (iPhone 6s). So although a little disappointed by price and the slight mismatch in description I'm generally happy.”

Thanks Jennifer. Our price point is extremely competitive and very reasonable for the high quality product we provide. We do all we can with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video to show what the product is and what areas of the phone it covers so it does clearly show that the sides are not covered by the skins. For full coverage perhaps you would prefer one of our phone cases next time.

“Product was good except for the holes cut out for the home button, camera etc. These were poorly cut and misshapen and spoilt the look of the skin when put on.”

“I got my phone skin via 02 priority and only paid postage of £2.50 but I have to be completely honest and say that if I'd have paid the £7.99 as well Id have been very disappointed to say the least. The front but that goes on the top and bottom of the screen was supposed to be red but it's not, it's the colour that is the default screen before you put you're own design on it and I suppose I have to take responsibility for not double checking the preview properly but hey ho it's too late but apart from that it's just not worth £7.99 at all.”

“Bought a product and paid for it then had an email saying i had to complete the sale however when i went back to quiery it I couldnt get in touch with customer services and ended up paying for the item twice however when i actually managed to complete the order and recieved the item i was pleased with it”

“The website didn't make it clear that what I was ordering was a sticker rather than a phone case. Therefore, I feel it is very poor value for money especially as the photo was poor quality. I did however think the product arrived quickly.”

They are adhesive skins using patented 3M vinyl and can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue so they certainly aren't a sticker. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“I love my case but I wouldn't purchase another nor would I recommend as it has failed to provide protection on two occasions resulting in me having to purchase a new phone with the first incident and now having to wait for the new phone to be repaired from the second incident.”
