“Phone case is too big for phone”

“got a custom skin for my Macbook Air. the width was perfect, the height was a little short - which is a shame. also the print is more glossy than i expected. the delivery took 3 weeks (to london), despite selecting the 48hr delivery option, which seems outrageous given there was absolutely no communication on when to expect it. you can't reach the company by phone, they don't respond to messages on their website, and the status page just says "processing" which is useless. i can live with a 3 week delivery timeline, but somebody has to set expectations so that i don't worry that the order got lost.”

“Ive used wrappz since i was a beginner dj for my laptop skins and always trust and appreciate the work done but this recent order was a little let down as i ordered a custom protective case for my laptop however the bottom half of the case does not fit my case correctly, it blocked the usb c ports which i cant use it to protect my laptop”

“Well, since you inquired about my satisfaction with Wrappz. I hope one day I will be very satisfied with wrappz. In order for that to happen, I need to receive my sick custom laptop skin I ordered 10 days ago and that is currently god knows where. Paid for shipping almost the same amount as for the skin, so getting a bit frustrated seeing that it spent six days travelling between UK's Royal Mail's logistics centres and then went silent three days ago.”

“It's not clear what wrappz go on the Macbook pro, the one I ordered is the wrong size. I really wanted it for Saturday, as I djing out and wanted my new logo to.go on. Need to make it bit more clearer.”

“The phone cover was nicely presented but very flimsy, did not offer any protection in case of a drop. Case was less sturdy than the last one I ordered a few years ago. Nice gimmick”

“Not happy with the FAUX LEATHER PHONE CASE, looks cheaply made, the front of the case looks like a cheap DIY stuff. Quite disappointed with this case for the price paid.”

“The case I'd really good but it took 2 emails to find out when i was going to receive my order as one email said that they were told it had been shipped but they could not find it on there system so they had to send another one and the second one was sent with a tracking number which I could not track as was told I could only track it once it had been attempted to be delivered and then once it had been delivered I was not even notified to say it had been delivered”

“I think WRAPPZ is overall a good shop! However I did buy a ‘phonecase’ but it wasn’t very clear that I actually bought a skin. I thought that was a type of phonecase but it was just a sticker to put on the back of my phone. Now I have to buy a clear phone case.”
