“Absolutely love my phone case! The design process was quick and easy and let me design my product exactly how I wanted to.... Here's the explanation for the 'Average' score: I ordered this product on Boxing day (26th) and did not receive my phone case until the 7th January. This was because the company was actually closed during this period of time - It did not state this on the website and no email was sent to you to inform you that the process would take a lot longer than normal. So all my efforts to contact Wrappz was unsuccessful and not until the new year (a week+ after I ordered it) did I come to be enlightened as to why this was. This aspect of the service was very disappointing...by no means am I Christmas grinch, I just wish there was some communication regarding the closure. The product however; I love it! Thank you :-)”

Hi Gary, sorry to hear that but please be advised we do not use Facebook for customer service enquiries, we use our support email and ticketing system so please use that in future

“Quality of the product was good, very clear. However, the hassle I had to get the case I ordered was not worth it. The customer care service is beyond a joke. The call centre never picks up and the email service hardly ever gets back to you, after complaining about 4 time I headed to Facebook and found an email address that I thought I'd try. Alex was very helpful after that and assured me that I would get my item 2 days after receiving my order I did. However this was nearly 3 weeks after I placed the order. I received a refund which was kind at the time, as I hadn't asked for this. Overall the 3 stars is based on the quality and the kindness and efficiency of Alex. If this had not happened I'm most positive I would have gave 1 star.”

“Updates sent later than they say item has been sent - Got email on 12th saying item dispatched, nothing rec'd by 16th, email from customer services says it was sent 9th (obviously incorrect) and finally rec'd product 17th. Nobody ever answers the telephone. No time for responses set when you email them. Customer service email responses very short, bordering on rude and accusatory. Social media is obviously not managed so don't try to speak to them via Twitter/FB. Item overall fairly average. Disappointing because I had heard good things.”

“The website was easier than any other site but the only problem I have is I have tried to contact them using email but the email won't send and the advisors are busy when I ring. I just want to know where my order has got to thanks x”

Hi Lisa, we have just checked the image you uploaded and it looks exactly the same as the case has printed, the image you used is very red so that is how it has printed

“good quality material and image was clear but the sticky back wasn't very sticky and the image didn't cover the whole computer lap top lid.”

“I ordered an iPhone 6 case that was part of a campaign (so you'd think they were in stock maybe?) on a Friday 6:30 am (28Oct). It took two weekends and 8 ½ working days before I got a shipment email Wednesday the week after next (9Nov) around noon. The actual shipping was quick after that, but that production time was ridiculous. The case is fine, but be prepared to wait.”

“The case looked really nice and the quality of the photos on the case was really good. Also service was very quick. But, what let it down for me is that there is no actual any support to hold the phone, just a sticky strip you peel off and stick your phone to. When you have an expensive phone this is not sufficient, I didn't realise this when ordering, and sadly won't be using it.”

“While the customised item is exactly as chosen, what I didn't appreciate was that it would be on a solid white background not the clear wrap with photo I was expecting. I do not have a white phone. This option may have been something I missed in the customisation process. While yes it looks good and fits the dimensions of my phone, I won't be using it. If you have a white phone however, would recommend.”

Hi Barbara - Our website does show that the case is white during thew design process and the page where you choose your product does have several photos showing the white case before being printed

“I ordered a hard phone cover with photo print. Quality of print is "ok" but not amazing. probably due to medium it's being printed on. Case itself needs a little improvement on design, ideally I'd want it to cover all the top and bottom edges to protect phone from scratches and dings whilst in a pocket with coins / keys. Overall ok, but needs improvement. I've gone back to my old rubberised eBay one that provides full coverage and protection”

“The image that I chose was faithfully reproduced, a great glossy lustre to it. Unfortunately I only used it for a day or two for two reasons. 1. Too slippery - damn thing was hard to keep a hold of, needs some kind of rubberised grip to it. 2. Not enough protection - already gained a couple more cracks on the bottom right corner of my glass screen protector. You need to cut a deal with the likes of otterbox or griffin in my opinion!”

Hi Jason, we've sold a lot of cases in our time but we have never heard them called 'slippery' before to be honest, perhaps it might be worth giving yours a wipe as perhaps it has become greasy. Regarding the cracks to your screen protector I can only assume that the glass protector might protrude further than the case - our cases only protect the device and we can't really account for any screen protectors you apply.

“The picture was really good quality. I wasn't so impressed that it didn't cover the entire back of the phone and also the front skin didn't have the holes in the correct places for the speaker. Looks good just shame about the small issues”
