“The website was ok but problems accessing check out the wrapz are not brilliant quality if i was paying full.price would be really dissapointed.”

Hi Steven, unfortunately I can see you have uploaded a low quality image so would not print well, in future you can always get us to check the quality of the photo before you order

“I think wrappz is good but I think that they need to speed up the delivery process and they should have an exchange policy where if you order the wrong size you can change it for a certain price but not too expensive.”

“I am glad I received this at a discount through o2 because I would not have paid the normal price for this the quality of the picture is quite pixilated yet when I uploaded it said it was fine I wouldn't order again”

Hi natalie - Unfortunately the image you have used is very low quality so would not have printed well, our system does not tell you if the image is ok but it does show you a preview of how it will print and this is printed as per the preview shown - in future you can always send us a photo first so that we can check the quality before you order

“Website kept crashing so took a long time to complete my order and when the skin arrived the writing was missing and the pink for the front of the skin was white, other than these mistakes it wasnt to bad, it looks nice even though it is basically just a sticker”

Hi Tamar - I have checked your design and there is no writintg on it and the front of the skin was left white so it has been printed as it was designed

“Being an O2 customer I ordered a free skin with a P&P charge of £2.50. I understood that this would take 10 days to process due to it bsing an O2 purchase, but when it came to dispatch I got an email saying my skin would arrive within 2 days, and now it's been a week and still not turned up! Delivery service is a shambles.”

Hi Sam - delivery time on order through the O2 promotion is 30 days as stated, this is due to the huge amount of orders we receive - normal Wrappz orders are delivered within 2-3 working days

“Picture and print quality is excellent. Though if you want high protection for the phone get a more protective case. This one is nice plastic cover rather than a soft protecting cover.”

“My phone case is great and it arrived it good time. The negative I have is that some of the images I put on the side have been cut off. The preview I saw when creating my phone case was not accurate to what arrived.”

Hi Sue, our skins are all precision cut to perfectly fit the device so if there is an issue please contact customer support at info@wrappz.com. You ordered a skin for the Samsung Galaxy Note so this will not fit any of the later Note models only the original Note

“This is a lovely sparkly material, I chose the pink and it is a lovely colour. The video to show you how to apply is clear and helpful. We applied this to my phone with no real issues. My only issues are that when I put on my clear protective case it creased on the corner - so if you are adding a case over this be aware.”

“My order is great but I didn't get a great deal of correspondence re delivery of my order , it took two emails for me to get a response , also the tracking option that was offered on delivery did not work Regards Matty”

Hi Matt, im very sorry to hear this, I did check with our customer service team and they can only see 1 email from yourself which was replied to within an hour so it's possible we did not receive the first email for some reason - i'm glad you are happy with your product

“Got a free wrappz sticker for my new phone..cut out is slightly a bit asymmetrical and the finish would be nice if it is more glossy to give your phone its premium look and design..overall not bad ????”
