“I was a little disappointed with the service I received for my recent purchase, the product arrived a day later than I was told it would in a box that was damaged/open and I also felt the picture quality wasn't great, certainly not as good as another company I have used, although the product did arrive faster. Overall a bit disappointed but may consider using again”

“I was pleased with the product, but there was quite a delay in receiving it, which I don't think was communicated well. I did raise a query on their website, and they did respond promptly and with accurate information, which I must give them credit for.”

“Item took a long time to arrive, had to email the company many times first and second delivery dates passed with no item, took 3 weeks in total. When item did arrive appeared decent quality.”

“Ordered an iPhone 5C skin from Wrappz - when it arrived it is pretty much a sticker you stick on back of phone. I was expecting (maybe wrongly) a rubber/silicon skin. Thankfully I got mine free with a O2 priority voucher - would have been very unhappy if had paid the £7.99 it should have been - rip off!”

“Previously I have had great service with Wrappz but this time I have had nothing but issues. It took nearly three weeks for me to receive my product which should of arrived within 5-7 days. Plus being told different things by different members of the customer team. However I hope that Wrappz will learn from their mistake and I will still continue to purchase off them.”

“I ordered a personalised phone case on the 23rd I received a email confirming this. After Christmas it got into January and I still hadon't not had a email saying it had been dispatched so I messaged them and then a couple of days later I got the email saying it had been dispatched it was like they forgot about my order and needed reminding before they sent it out. Other than that problem I am happy with the product great quality and great print.”

“Hard to write with an only average star to be fair as the item received was lovely and good quality and clarity and comminucation was good. However, unfortunately my item didn't fit the Kindle Fire version it was for ... due to the newer version not being listed (specifically) on the website. As soon as this was pointed out and photographs sent ... a full refund and apology was issued. I am happy to recommend Wrapz and will.order again in due course.”
