“I wasn't so happy about my purchase and I wasn't aware that it would take 14 working days, three weeks before I'll get my phone case delivered. It would have been nice to mention it when I purchased it.”

This wasn't a purchase, this was a free prize from the McDonalds Monopoly promotion and it shows the delivery timeframe is 14 days for these free cases

“The initial design was very nice and if it would have held i would have made it 5 stars but within the week it started breaking apart. Im not sure if this is something I caused. I don't know how as I would consider it was under normall wear so I'm leaving it at 3. I will attach a picture of how its breaking apart unfortunately I did not have a initial picture but it was nice.”

“I ordered a personalised laptop wrap from Wrappz, with 48 hour delivery. 10 days later, no sign of it... so I emailed to chase. Was told it was due to be despatched that day. But I got no proactive communication to say they'd failed to despatch in time. Two more days...nothing, so chased again....was reassured it was about to despatch. I suggested the least they could do was to refund the postage fee I'd paid for the 48hour delivery, which in fairness they did do. But only when I asked, no gesture was made from them. And...when it finally arrived 18 days after ordering, it had been sent 2nd class. The wrap itself is great, just what I wanted. The delivery, and the lack of customer service is really disappointing.”

“The case that arrived wasn’t worth the price I paid for it (£18.99). The picture was saved as 300 dpi yet did not seem clear. The case itself was a normal cheap case I could have purchased for £5.”

“Whilst i do not have a problem with the printed image i received, i was dissappointed with the custmer siupport as a first time client having mistakingly ordered the wrong product. I thought i was ordering a shell case with the image printed on it, not just a stciky label. Wrappz haved offerred a small discount towards ordring the right product but im loaved to spend more money with them....”

“Disappointed that there was a print error on my case even though the screenshot I have from ordering shows it correctly. Have contacted them to sort but no response yet. But pictures are good quality and phone case is fine. I’d say it’s an ok price bordering on expensive for what it is.”

“got a custom skin for my Macbook Air. the width was perfect, the height was a little short - which is a shame. also the print is more glossy than i expected. the delivery took 3 weeks (to london), despite selecting the 48hr delivery option, which seems outrageous given there was absolutely no communication on when to expect it. you can't reach the company by phone, they don't respond to messages on their website, and the status page just says "processing" which is useless. i can live with a 3 week delivery timeline, but somebody has to set expectations so that i don't worry that the order got lost.”

“Ive used wrappz since i was a beginner dj for my laptop skins and always trust and appreciate the work done but this recent order was a little let down as i ordered a custom protective case for my laptop however the bottom half of the case does not fit my case correctly, it blocked the usb c ports which i cant use it to protect my laptop”
