“I must of mis-read but I thought it was a complete case, as I had it reduced but £10:50 is quite dear for a phone sticker”

Hi, we do all we can to show exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. They are adhesive skins using patented 3M vinyl and can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue so they certainly aren't a sticker. We also do hard cases and faux leather cases. Maybe you would be better to order one of those instead next time.

“Item arrived very quickly. The skin is fine if you keeping your consol in one place. I travel with multi consols and the skins sometime peal away and don't fit exactly but overall they are pretty good. Possiable should add control skin for the price charge for just the consol skin.”

“The collage lines wasn't straight, and the images I uploaded wasn't central. Won't be using them again, or recommending them to friends or family. Delivery was prompt though.”

Hi Lucy, the lines on the collage design are straight but unfortunately when you have uploaded your images you haven't filled the required area with your image so you have left white gaps which make the lines appear a different thickness.

“Has been nearly two weeks and haven't received my item. I have had to email you three times for you to reply to me. I know you are busy replying to emails but I have waited a lot longer than I should have. I wasn't even sent a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my paypal account. I have ordered from you before and had no problems but this time, I am very unhappy.”

“The mobile app was a bit buggy and slow - but in the end it worked, however the finished item was much 'paler' and was very faded compared the much darker defined image i uploaded and approved. Overall not a bad first experience but the faded image (or lack of depth of colour) mean that the detail i wanted on the cover was not perfect. the actual quality of the physical phone cover (iPhone 6 plus) was very good.”

Hi Ella-Jayne We do not currently offer any products for the HTC One Mini 2. I can see that you ordered a skin for an HTC One. These devices are different sizes and specifications.

“For some reason, I thought they were actual phone cases. £9.99 is a crazy price to pay for what is essentially a sticker. Luckily, I had a voucher from O2 which meant I only paid postage - so I'm not that bothered. Just thought it a bit odd.”

“With the voucher code i used, i paid £8, which was great, delivery was fantastic, packaging was extremely suited to the product. With that said, the product itself was *ok*. I opted for a 13" rMBP skin with logo cutout. The cutout didn't line up too well with the top of the MacBook, and meant that the whole sticker was 'offset'. In addition to this, the size was a little small, and didn't cover the entirety of the laptop, meaning there's a slight gap around the edge, i realise this may be to accommodate for the curvature of the MacBook lid. Overall, do i regret my purchase? Not really. Would i buy again? Probably not, unless the size was adjusted.”

Hi Nicholas, our MacBook skins do cover as much of the laptop lid as possible but you are correct in saying that they cannot fully cover the compound corners. Our logo cut outs do fit the logo area exactly so please by all means send us a photo of the issue you have to info@wrappz.com and we will investigate.

“I ordered the star wars skin for my phone. Fit well, quick delivery but the product looked cheap. Still rating average because I was satisfied with the product, and it was free. However, I would've been very unhappy if I'd paid for that product. Thank you anyway.”

“I use Wrappz a lot. I find the service ok and like the hard iPhone 6 cases shell. Unfortunately I think the actual quality of printing is sub par. The colours never actually come out like my design (black is more navy and white is more grey) I have queryied these issues with Wrappz before through phone and email and received bad customer service (non of my issues have ever been solved) i'd use another company for personalised cases but haven't found one that has a stronger and more trustworthy digital presence. For now Wrappz works on a functional level but not at all satisfactory. Hopefully when the print quality has improved and the customer service is more vistaprint-esq, Wrappz will be airtight. I run a media agency and see many ways how Wrappz could improve thier brand communications strategy to compensate for their average product quality.”
