“The payment process was complicated. Had to do separate for items and shipping. It is surprising, I had to pay shipping fee per item even it is the same item and it will all be delivered in the same address! my first to purchase in Wowcher, horrible experience 😳”

“Well you said the delivery would be less than 7 days but it's over 2 weeks and I have no bed for 2 weeks now. You always get the delivery times wrong. And my blue light card discount NEVER WORKS”

“Very brief descriptions not many images or videos. Not what I expected in regards to details. Nothing actually showing me step by step how to apply the nail varnish etc. rather disappointing”

“I bought a 6ft outside table which was£41.78 not realised you had to claim a voucher I tried contacting them with no joy this was 17th may so I went through PayPal and was told voucher was not claimed so no refund first and last time I buy from them”

“First time of ordering the watch never turned up waited 2 months for refund? Then ordered a short break to Poland with no real details before surrendering the voucher then to be told would arrive very late at night and leave really early in the morning knocking 2 days off a 4 day break …. Had to pay another £150 for better flights?? Then pay for hand luggage with airline ….. then arrived at destination only for hotel to be closed and had been for 12 months even though only booked less than 2 months ago … Steer clear the wowcher team sell for 3rd party and 4th and 5th absolute minefield getting your money back”

“The product I am sure will be fine but I have been charged for memberships I don’t want. It is so hard to find how to get that refunded and having finally found WhatsApp number apparently there is a 24 hour queue for a response.”
