“Didn’t show post and packing charge until I had paid for the wowcher. Then had to pay postage direct”

“Very disappointed that after placing the order, which never indicated other than delivery was included, was then sent to another site to give delivery address details was than asked for £3,99 for delivery and as order had already been placed it was very difficult not to pay. I think this practice is against trading rules and underhand. I will certainly not be caught out again with this underhand system. To soon to have received delivery. D.Barker.”

“Occasionally they have an OK ish product but the other 95% is just waste creation as the products are poor in quality and usage. That said I don't think there's much if any quality control across the board with majority of products nowadays so it's not just wowcher. I think not creating so much waste product for a quick win would be a place to start when it comes to looking at environmental health, my personal opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️”

“I think your prices are really good but did not realise that you are just buying a voucher and then you have to redeem it and then it adds in the cost of postage. I would prefer if the full price for everything was upfront.”

“I ordered an XL Plush Dog Bed. Very disappointed as nothing like the picture advertised showing 2 Irish Setters (I have one Irish Setter - that's why I bought the bed) on a supportive bed. The size is correct but the stuffing in the middle is poor and even with "pumping it up " is nothing like the picture advertised - certainly no support for a large dog as it is very thin - may be ok for a cat in a smaller bed. Would not recommend this bed for a large dog - not worth the money.”

“More complicated than other outlets to place orders I am 84 and do not understand the point of ordering the same thing twice,firstly by ordering normally and secondly awaiting a code before proceeding any further.I have yet to see any sign of delivery since ordering several days ago.”

“If the state of the mystery box items i received today are anything to go by then i have my doubts about dealing with wowcher anymore. Description on site about offer fine but not exactly what you receive in the box.”

“Bought some slippers that took a very long time to turn up and was sent the wrong size. Also got some of the car windscreen covers, but the ones that showed up did not look like the ones in the picture and were cheap and flimsy. It said they wouldn't be blown off the car by wind but blew straight off with a small breeze. Not good experiences so far.”
