“wished there was a phone number to speak to a person to sort out issues. otherwise nicola was helpful and sorted it out quickly. only gripe is no response to emails even after 48 hours.”

“Wowcher is a place where traders go to sell fake things are service providers go to provide cheap low class services. I've bought a few fake things from wowcher e.g oral b toothbrush heads and the so claimed CK lipsticks. I don't think wowcher takes time to vet the traders or the products, Wowcher is just after the money. And how about those facials done by trainees? They don't so say when they sell you the voucher but that's what you get. I've bought a few good things from wowcher hence the 3 stars but wowcher sucks! Lately I've been unable to claim credit. The system does not allow me to confirm my decision so I have to email wowcher. How about those codes that don't get recognised even when you copy and paste? I got fed up and started using Groupon. Wowcher sucks. Be very careful. Review the products or services else where before buying from wowcher. Better pay a few extra £s and get the real thing than the fakies from sucking wowcher”
