“I'm very mixed with wowcher. I've bought a few things from wowcher and I either don't get what I expected... (Such as nail varnish looking like its come from a 5yr old makeup pack) or it just never ever gets delivered. It's almost impossible to contact the company you've purchased goods from, but to be fair when I've contacted wowcher, even though the process is slow and labourous I have received my money back. I have also booked a weekend away in Blackpool via wowcher and I was really pleased. Was a great bargain and it went smoothly.”

“Redeemed a voucher on same day but order never arrived from Sashtime - After two weeks I chased up for another 12 days being told it was out for delivery. This still didnt arrive. Initally blamed Yodel and then said they dont deliver to my area. Thats odd as Yodel delivered goods from another company to me on Friday. Item bought via Woucher who finally credited money back to Woucher account not my credit card. I have checked other rating sites for Sashtime and same issue and poor customer service with this company so Woucher clearly do not vet suppliers they are doing buisness with! Be mindfull of this, with not customer ratings on their site buyers are blindly entering at their own peril.”

“Wowcher lots of great bargain. So it seems. I ordered a blouse but I had to contact wowcher after two weeks not receiving it. No merchant details on my voucher so I used the online chat, the wowcher staff contacted the merchant, they send me email to tell me item had been dispatched, but they would send me another one, which arrived the next day. I am now waiting for another item (black jumpsuit) which unfortunately comes from the same company. So I sent them an email directly and funny enough I got the exact same reply but so far no delivery. I am not very hopeful. But one thing is sure I am a not using wowcher anymore how tempting it is. Plus the blouse I bought for £12 including postage, I found it on eBay for a fiver and free delivery SO BEWARE.”

“Ordered the Rattan garden sofa, 2 chairs and small table. Ad reads that it was discounted from £799 down to £249. Ordered and arrived ok. It's very small and definitely not worth £249. I'd pay about £150 max. Also, seen the same product online that comes with outdoor covers and parasol for £259. My own fault for not researching the product properly I suppose. Check the prices and compare before you buy. Probably get it for the same price elsewhere. Dot get sucked in because of the original price before discount!!!!!”

“Normally, I like wowcher, but!!! I've just realised that when I've had a refund, it's not into my bank account, but it goes to my 'wowcher wallet'! And expires!! So I haven't had any refund and no product because I wasn't aware that ' wowcher credit' was actually your refunds! Kinda like a credit note!!! I feel ripped off!!! Wowcher say they're happy to give refunds with in 14 days but not a proper ' give your money back ' refund!!!”

“Wowcher in general is fab. Some of the sales take longer than expected. Only been unhappy with one purchase and that was from marcus emporium. I bought 2 dresses and not o ly did they take ages to deliver by the time I got them they were vile. Badly sewn, bad sizing and cheep material. Nothing at all like the pictures or descriptions.”

“My asymmetric coat from Marcus Emporium on Wowcher was a little thinner than I had expected. However, I really do like the quality and have worn on a number of occasions. The quality of the item is great and I love the colour on it. Price was a bargain and will buy from Wowcher again.”

“I have just made my 1st purchases from Wowcher and although I have not ordered from Marcos Emporium, I am never the less a little disturbed by these reviews, I never thought if I'm honest to look up reviews, seeing as Wowcher is advertised all the time on the TV, just thought all would be ok, waiting game now I guess.”

“I also bought 2 coats from Marcus Emporium through WOWCHER, I've received 1 but not the other! I've emailed Marcus Emporium countless times over the last week and they've yet to reply! Money back soon please WOWCHER!! No contact phone number for Marcus emporium anywhere!!!!!”

“Bought a wowcher for ultra supplements but goods never came, messaged ultra supplements multiple times but recieved no response at all and they dont even have a contact number to call. Wowcher now investigating after several emails saying to contact seller, hopefully will get sorted but dont recommend buying from ultra supplements”
