“I am still waiting on one of the items that has not yet been delivered and I have had no email update to let me know what is happening with it and it was ordered weeks ago. I received an email to tell me it had been dispatched but it’s still not here”

“Ordered a voucher for a mens watch from the Pineapple company which came today. I know you get what you pay for but when it's advertised as previously £499 you expect a high quality product in a gift box at least. This came in a plastic bag and definitely not high quality as very light and the dial surrounding the green face feels a bit plastic. I personally think its a copy and wouldn't recommend this as a luxury gift. It would be ok for a teenager who is just getting into watches.”

“Past experiences of using Wowcher to order fragrances/bath bombs haven't been great, items never arrived so spent alot of time chasing up a refund and advisers were not helpful, kept offering credit to your account even after initially requesting a refund to the original payment card.”

“Product appeared fine (not received yet). However, we input our new address twice but our receipt from Wowcher still showed our old address. Very difficult for us to contact Wowcher but easy to email the merchant who did have our new address.”
