“Arrived earlier than expected, however as it is a Christmas present I have not fully opened it, does appear to be a bit flimsy though.”

“The redeeming of the voucher was a little confusing, asking me to done one thing and it automatically doing another, therefore I wasn't sure I was going to receive my item until it finally arrived.”

“The purchasing part seemed easy and redeeming the vouchers as well however I never received my item when I was suppose to and can only communicate with the supplier via email which can take several days to get a response”

“I didn’t like having to provide the subsequent merchant with my credit card details as well as the Wowcher. The voucher covered the whole amount due so I couldn’t see why my credit card details had to be submitted.”

“Good prices but once ordered had to pay extra for postage so something that was 12.99 plus 99p admin then paying 5.99 for postage ended up being 20 pounds”

“The location was absolutely stunning but the room was lovely but smelled of urine very strong smell no soap or toiletries plugs didn’t work properly and window left open in hall way difficult to close you would need a ladder to close but all in all enjoyed food was delicious and afternoon tea was delicious great location and near town centre”

“My order is late.contacted wowcher and they said contact the merchant. Well I ordered through wowcher so why do I have to contact merchant. So if I buy a pair of shoes from j d sports and have a problem do I have to contact nike or Adidas ?? no it’s absolutely pathetic.will not be ordering anything again..”

“Ordered a Divan Small double bed with Headboard and memory mattress. Receive an email to say that they will make delivery on a certain date and will text us a time frame but did not. The delivery was made on the allocated day that stated in email. Everything seems fine. Headboard seems cheap but bed is very good and comfortable. Easy to put together. Happy with purchase. Just waiting on one other purchase from wowcher and will leave another review”

“It's a bit of a lottery ordering from Wowcher. Some stuff is okay, some isn't. I recently ordered 12 rolls of three-ply toilet paper from CN Direct Biz, which were supposed to have a retail price of £49.99. What a rip-off! Half the size of normal rolls, highly inferior paper and no proper perforations. I can only assume either Wowcher or the manufacturer is deliberately misleading people to make a profit in these difficult times. Very disappointed.”
