“I haven't used Wowcher for a few years and yesterday made use of a great offer to a Spa hotel between Christmas and New Year. Maybe it's because I hadn't been through the process in a while but I didn't think some of the information/instructions were clear so it took me a while. I got there in the end though, although I am going to call the hotel today just to confirm it all worked 😁”

“Holiday was good but we laid an additional £89 for breakfast and transfers which was ok but when I mentioned on the phone that transfers were advertised as being included I was told I was wrong and this was not included in the deal. We paid the additional cost but then saw in the original email/advertisement that I was correct and the short break in Prague was in fact advertised at £179 each including transfers as I had said”

“wowcher support is absolutely rubbish, either give you no response or a response thats insanely unhelpful. wowcher allows merchants to scam you, while calling them “trusted third-party merchants.”, was unaware i would be scammed by a so called trusted merchant, but there we are. i have asked how i can refund and they will not take responsibility in any way, practically blaming me. horrid company, would avoid. i can not refund via my bank as i was stupid enough to fall for it, making it my fault. if you do use wowcher, be careful.”

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. “Ordered a wine case offer with Wowcher on wine warehouse unable to redeem voucher because the previous year had a similar offer with Martin Lewis Christmas offer last Christmas they say because l am not a new costumer can’t have the offer have tried time and time again to get my money back with Wowcher they skip around it have got a job reference After many emails still waiting what can l do when there is no phone no or email address”
