“I am genuinely shocked at the standard of the Wowcher Christmas Advent Calendar Mystery Deal. The description was completely misleading and the reality is shameful. The contents are not even worth a penny – cheap, poor-quality items that feel like leftover stock nobody would ever actually buy. There is nothing festive, magical or remotely Christmassy about it. This deal is a disgrace and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit people’s excitement around Christmas. I would strongly warn anyone considering it to avoid at all costs. Wowcher should be embarrassed to put their name to something so substandard.”

“It's a scam and dangerous.Please don't buy anything from Wowcher or you will lose all your money like me I bought a Acer tablet and I did not get confirmation email but my bank statement was showing money has been paid.I contacted Wowcher and they told me someone will it touch within 24 hours.After 24 hours nothing happened and I'm still waiting.”

“Hi sales I am disappointed with product as it’s incomplete- the 8 wheels/ stand are not included. This means I can not assemble the bed. Secondly there was one delivery man so I had to help him to bring the bed and mattress to the door steep and in the process left the mattress nearly drop mattress down the stairs.”

“Never have I had such a bad experience getting a refund I ordered a smart watch that was then not fit for purpose so they never sent it Said I would be refunded Then sent watch I returned watch and for six weeks have only been able to deal with a keyboard rep I am trying hard to fight them for my money Stay well clear”

“A great outcome! Having made a rather complicated duplicate purchase which could have been an expensive error, I sought advice from the help section. Whilst very detailed it is written words rather than a telephone number to speak to a person. Sceptical at first, the What’s App service was very good and the AI service there surprisingly efficient! I was told it would be resolved within 72 hours. Even though I couldn’t speak to a person, the Whats App service proved to be very efficient. It was easy to navigate and following confirmation, I am now awaiting a card refund in the next few days. The second payment error I wished to refund to the wallet to reuse was efficiently re credited and reused with ease so I didn’t find myself out of pocket, which allowed me to reuse the funds for the correct purchase. Thank you Wowcher!”
