“I purchased what they advertised as 2 blue suitcases, as I haven't been able to take any trips for 10 plus years due to complications with a spinal operations. Anyway, I went to use the 2 vouchers and realised its not the Blue version that I paid for it was actually the turquoise colour option. Plus they were trying to charge me £6.99 per item and not per order, even though it was going to the same address. So I asked Wowcher for a refund, which you can only do 1 item then have to wait for customer service to get back to you about any more. Anyway I then received the refund confirmation email and it said I they have charged me what they call a non refundable credit amount for both items because Wowcher miss advertised the item I paid for. So 2 days to sort out a refund and then 5 days for it to clear, plus a non refundable credit amount for each item for a mistake they made. I will never use Wowcher again, their customer services is abysmal and I would highly recommend other not to purchase anything from Wowcher. Avoid at all cost.”

“Wowcher do absolutely nothing when scammers use their platform to sell items. All they do is forward your email to the "merchant" for the merchant to reply to just you cutting out Wowcher from the email chain saying they will do nothing it's Wowchers problem. You forward it to Wowcher and they just forward your message to the merchant. It's my first order with Wowcher and it's been absolutely shocking so far. A scam website clearly working with other scammers. Avoid it!!!”
