“Delivery driver just left outside the flat , where as we live on 3rd floor , so the bed was left unattended for long after driver left as there was only me in home @that time”

“Not always good deals when P&P for several items added. Not always delivered quickly, I've ordered items and forgotten them by time they turn up, once I even bought it elsewhere it took so long and no update or teacher info email. If your not in a hurry you might grab a bargain but there are similar discount providers that have better service.”

“I have bought from Wowcher several times. The website is easy to use and delivery times are very good. You must however make sure to carefully read the small print, something I have overlooked on occasions. My last purchase arrived and was a miniature version of what I thought I had ordered. My mistake and when goods come from China it is easier to put it down to experience and try to remember next time.”

“I have yet to see the magazine I ordered with a Wowcher discount, so cannot rate the product. However, the process of redeeming the voucher was quite tricky, and seemed unnecessarily unfriendly to the user. Also in your original description you did not actually make clear what the full price was - so in retrospect I did not know on what sum I was to get 50% reduction.”

“Deal was advertised as a Black Friday deal but was just the same price as it usually is. Agent who dealt with my query was not overly competent in understanding what I was asking and there was a lot of repeated messages from them.”

“I’m giving three stars because I have to give something but why are you asking me for a review when I am still waiting for my items to arrive. I can’t review a product if I don’t know (a) whether it is going to be delivered on time and (b) I have not seen the article”

“Some good offers, but the web site is a bit confusing. I did not know if I had had an order placed or not! As for the subsequent questions on this survey, I cannot answer them as the goods have not arrived yet. I also cannot track the order because I was not given an order reference to track by.”

“Postage costs have gone up a lot, now I have to pay separately for nearly £6.00each for photobooks that were ordered on 1 order, I've even had it where I've had to pay postage twice,at a cost of £12.00 and they arrived in one package. These charges are going to deter people from buying in the same way it does with wish”

“I bought one of the items on offer and had looked at a couple more and before I realised it the three items were bought and money came out of my account. I contacted customer service and my money was refunded but not to my bank account but into a wowcher wallet. After discussion they refunded part of my money and left an amount in the wowcher wallet . So here’s hoping I see something I want in the next 6 months”

“Purchase and redemption of the vouchers is easy and straight forward, delivery on the other hand can be a nightmare. There is no patern to how long it will take to get the items and you cannot rely on the delivery times quoted when you redeem the voucher, a few items arrive earlier than quoted but most just seem to take forever and until you have redeemed the voucher you aren't told how long it will take”

“Once I got to grips with the offer and chose an alternative as Wowcher would not let me purchase it even though it showed as being available - I even emailed you for help - things were ok but I'm still waiting delivery”
