“AVOID Wowcher at all costs. Scam company. Wowcher = Scam Company. We ordered 2 beds and was given a delivery date of today (29/4/24) or before. We took the day off work for the delivery but they did not arrive. When we chased with Wowcher we were told delivery will be 100 working days ?!? And when we log onto our account it still clearly states delivery will be 29th April 2024 or before ! Avoid this company at all costs. We have tried to contact them on email / whatsapp / messenger but no response. We are now in contact with Trading Standards, The Ombudsman, and the credit card company we used. Absolutely shameful company.”

“Concept is sound. Prices look very attractive, although postal charge must be added. Option to collect can be restrictive (latest order was only available from somewhere 200 miles away. Order process easy to follow and voucher usually issued, by email, quite soon after placing order. Goods usually arrive when predicted and are as described.”
