Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I have only used Wowcher on two occasions over the last week. The items have not yet been received as the orders are so recent. I have no idea if I have done everything correctly as I find the procedure a little confusing. Time will tell if I have completed all that I should have.”

“I had a problem using a wowcher for Karen’s diner for quite some time. I raised the issue with wowcher and it was sorted out very efficiently with a gesture of £5 credit for my inconvenience.”

“Bit hard to redeem the redeem now button takes you to the App Store and you have to look a bit harder on the email to redeem outside the app. But quite good value.”
