Thank you for your review. You need to redeem the voucher one after than other. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I purchased 3 driving experiences for 3 of my children for Christmas presents and the PSR (company) experience could not fit them in for many months and wanted to double the price for a weekend upgrade. At no time were we told the could not accommodate the spaces nor that we would have to pay lots more to use the vouchers at the weekend. This is pretty obviously a scam as children can only go on weekends due to school. Wowcher have said as you did not redeem your vouchers they expired and tough luck as its in the small print. I explained the whole situation and they couldn't give a damn! As you can see from the thousands of bad reviews I have deleted the app and will never use them again.”
