“I cant contact wowcher directly with my problem which is a great disappointment. I ordered a sparkly cape and i still don't know if im going to get it. Dont undetdtand the system. Its too complicated unless i sit down with an hour to digest it. Do i redeem the wowcher ig i want tk keep it. Duch a simple question”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Wowcher are a complete rip off and won’t give me the Full refund or even communicate with me for the below tat that they sold – I will be going to trading standards as they obviously are use AI to sell this rubbish – Just want a refund”
