Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “The item wasn’t in stock. I got a refund but it wasn’t the full amount that I had paid. And the item was still listed as in stock on the website. I sent an enquiry and was given €15 credit. This never appeared on my account. The item is still listed as in stock now. I’ve used the credit (not including the €15 as it never appeared) towards another Wowcher. I will see how things are if and when that product appears.”
