“I wanted Photoshop 2025 and typed it into Google, Wowcher came up with an amazing price. I was a little worried it was a scam but the reviews said it was rated highly. I bought the program and filled the instructions. After about half an hour the activation code and product was sent. I have installed it and it’s working fine. I am so pleased. Thank you Wowcher!!”

“The two things that I got was worth the money and I didn't know that I signed up for the extra so not only did I pay £16.99 I have paid £25 but for what and now it seem like I've also signed for a 3 month prescriptions @ £9.99 so know you have miss lead me in signing up to something I did not want”

We can confirm that postage is charged on a per voucher basis. You can locate this information on your voucher under the 'Important information' section, as well as under 'The Fine Print' section of the deal advert at purchase.

“Online site was confusing on payment. PayPal option did not make it clear if I had paid and completed. Online receipt immediate from PayPal but delayed from Wowcher. Would have thought this survey better timed AFTER delivery of product.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.
