Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I would minus 10 if it was possible but it is not. This has to be worst company they sell deals where their merchants do not honour. but wowcher do not refund but instead put some credit into the wallet even if we do not want to buy anything else. Disgusting company throughout. No manner or ethics, effectively they steal money Keep away from this company”

“Just awful! I’ve lost money and no one replies! Just awful and a huge con! Difficult to order and impossible to reclaim as would not copy and paste voucher , when I Wassaped Wowcherno reply it’s pretty disgusting then it will expire just like the first time! I gave Wowcher a second chance ad thought no company can be this bad as did not receive first order and the same thing has happened again ! Very disillusioned with this company and have lost complete faith now and is impossible to talk to anyone!”
