“Just awful! I’ve lost money and no one replies! Just awful and a huge con! Difficult to order and impossible to reclaim as would not copy and paste voucher , when I Wassaped Wowcherno reply it’s pretty disgusting then it will expire just like the first time! I gave Wowcher a second chance ad thought no company can be this bad as did not receive first order and the same thing has happened again ! Very disillusioned with this company and have lost complete faith now and is impossible to talk to anyone!”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Process wasn't too bad however bed was 189.99 and 19.99 delivery. Once bought and redeemed delivery was 29 99. 10.00 more is alot.”

“Despite my doubts it worked very well. Was a bit complicated to use the process for a first timer like me but with careful consideration and understanding I was successful. The purchase was made ok and the acquisition of the product fairly smooth despite some ambiguous wording and the repeated attampts of the vendors system to lure me into signing up for additional stuff that i dont need.”

“Looks like they are made by a child - they dont sit up - total rip off - Diferent sizes - fighting to get a refund - reporting to tranding stadards and flooding Social Media as this shouldn't be sold and cant believe Wowcher is selling these - Never used Wowcher before and i will never use again, i will also make surre everyone i know see the joke of what you have sold. Trying to caontact Wowcher and seller and its a nightmare - No one will refund me - it wont allow me to add photo of the rubbish i have been sent”

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

“I'm simply another victim who received floods of deal notifications from Wowcher and decided to place an order which was refunded the following day without any justification. Contacted support (handled by a Bot service) after which was I was finally informed a team member would contact me within 24 hours. 33+ hours later and still no assistance. I am now seeking to have my money refunded then shall proceed with closing my account as their service is pathetic and misleading.”
