“The deals are fab I have had but my mother who has dementia press a garden set of chairs and table which were £140 and I couldn’t get her money back only a credit note!”

“I have purchased a wowcher for the carnatic spa day experience, they will not answer the phone, leaving a message to book online, when I attempted to do this, I got a message back telling me that they will respond within 2 to 3 Weeks??? This is surely not acceptable?”

“Trying to get dates for most of the 1-2 night stays very difficult. It would be better if you could see dates that were available rather than going through all the weeks and months just to be told not available. Very time consuming.”

“Wowcher is really good with deals. I purchased tickets for the flipout glasgow deal but can't redeem them as they're dealing with an emergency which won't allow anyone to book a time slot which you don't get forewarned about. So very disappointed kids.”

“Its difficult and confusing how one claims the voucher and redeem it it took me a while and up to now I dont even know if I did the right ring. It is not straight forward and some of my vouchers when I check they expired without claiming them”

“Felt misled as advert tended to lead you to think the restaurant was in the shard. Meal extras at the restaurant were very pricey. The meal quality was good. Problem with the booking web links resulting in have to make a number of telephone calls - overall nice experience given the above.”

“Found it very confusing to redeem vouchers against products. My bank account was showing that my payment for product had been accepted but I didnt have any confirmation of the order. A bit concerning and not easy to understand”
