“Getting voucher easy. But had a query when I redeemed wowcher and was basically chatting with a robot/computer. Waited for over 2hirs for a real person but to no avail.”

“I'm having trouble redeeming my code Wowcher doesn't recognise my email keeps saying it's not avalid email, I sent an email to you it was returned saying not known, I wanted to know what the codes were for and will I not get my purchase if I can't redeem it,maybe you can tell me please.”

“The price would have been life changing for us, my daughter really needed a bed, but the postage was honestly too steep disappointing then to find that despure the extra delivery charge, the delivery is still next week!”

“Some offers seem excellent, but you need to do your research first! If you don't book the event or hotel when you get the deal, you may loose 50% of the money you paid - ONLY 30 days to change your mind, but you still don't get your money back, as it's just a credit. For some of the hotels' deals, you can see the dates before buying, but most you can't, so it's pot luck that the dates you want are free! Best ring the hotel as rates may be reduced as work is being carried out like at the hotel we stayed at! Oh, and the meal deals... evening meal was limited to what was on the hotels' web site. They did not tell us about the restrictions that were imposed!”

“I've waited for a response, unfortunately I was not available 12 hours later, but tried to reconnect to Agent and told one would be available soon. Today I've waited over 7 hours and still no response. I would like my bank to be reimbursed for the wrong deal that was hidden on my account what I have not Redeemed cost £83.99. Regards Mrs Martin”

“The deals are fab I have had but my mother who has dementia press a garden set of chairs and table which were £140 and I couldn’t get her money back only a credit note!”

“I have purchased a wowcher for the carnatic spa day experience, they will not answer the phone, leaving a message to book online, when I attempted to do this, I got a message back telling me that they will respond within 2 to 3 Weeks??? This is surely not acceptable?”
