“Excellent Web site and service. Everthing very clear. BBQ delivered within a few days. Well packaged on a pallet. Pallet delivery went very smoothly and delivery person very polite. We have assembled the BBQ. Excellent step by step instructions. Delighted with the product. Our last Weber BBQ lasted 15 years so we are hopeful that our new one will last a similar time. Excited to start using it. Thank you”

“Excellent service. The only place in the UK that I could obtain a replacement item for my old Weber BBQ. Everywhere out of stock (and more expensive if they had it). Called to check they had it and staff member helpfully confirmed before placing order. Delivered in good time.”

“Found the Weber BBQ I wanted for a great price. It was a pre-order item and the WOW customer services team kept me updated with expected delivery dates and various options when it looked like the order might be delayed (due to supply chain issues with Weber). The BBQ actually arrived quicker than I was expecting and it's ace! Definitely worth the short wait. There are a few accessories that I now want and I'll certainly be ordering them from WOWBBQ!”

“Fast delivery and great range. Had an issue with assembly where an issue cause a part to break. I reported the issue expecting to be directed to Weber or similar, instead the entire part was sent out free of charge via next day. Great customer service, super happy I purchased from here.”
