“I ordered a Weber which arrived the next day as advertised, but two of the parts were damaged possibly in transit. I notified the supplier by e-mail with photos, to which I received a reply back within an hour from Patrick. He apologised and said replacement parts would be sent. I received the replacement parts within a few days. Having been employed in the retail sector for 12 years I consider the above to be excellant service and would recomend WOWBBQ to anyone.”

“We took the opportunity to purchase an ex Display Gas BBQ which was discounted. Not only did this save money but it avoided having to build the BBQ. As we are in Scotland we were a bit concerned about damage in transit, however BBQ arrived extremely well packaged with two pallets, wood straps, cardboard and heavy duty shrink wrap. The BBQ was umnarked and well constructed. The delivery driver commented on how well packaged the pallet was. Delivery time was 48 Hours which is excellent. BBQ not yet used due to weather however it was tested ok. The storage space is tight for a 13KG Calor cylinder. Delivery price was £20 which is a bit annoying for an expensive item. We are on mainland Scotland not an island. A good company to deal with. Prices very competitive”
