“Purchased a Smokey Joe premium for my husband for Father’s Day. Arrived in good time, sadly discovered that the box had the incorrect base to the bbq but WOWBBQ have been very quick in sorting out the problem and we are waiting on the correct part direct from Weber. Would definitely use them again and recommend for the purchase of a Weber bbq”

“Fantastic seller and very efficient.I ordered the BBQ late on Friday night ,did not go for next day Saturday delivery and was delighted to receive it around lunchtime on the followingTuesday.I had purchased a BBQ from them last year and received the exact same efficient treatment then.Very happy with this Seller and I would not go elsewhere.”

“excellent retailer - I had already read the trustpilot reviews which factored in my selection of where to buy my BBQ from and I wasn't disappointed. I had an issue with a damaged leg during transit and WOWBBQ very quickly raised this with Webber and by Sunday i already had a replacement leg from Webber direct. Truely great service thanks again!”

“I always find it interesting how a comany deals with an issue and I will say now that WOWBBQ has passed that test with flying colours. The box containing several items was damaged and a part was missing. I emaild the company with a photo of the damaged box and the missing part. 2 days later the part arrived on my doorstep. Great Service - Thank you”

“Very Impressed with the service that I received from WOWBBQ. I ordered a Weber Genesis BBQ and accessories on Friday afternoon and selected Saturday delivery, expecting the BBQ to be delivered next Saturday. Partick from WOWBBQ phoned my up a few minutes after I submitted the order and asked, "Would you like your BBQ tomorrow?", he did say it would be touch and go to make the collection cutoff, however the BBQ arrived the next day, super impressed. Absolutely love the Genesis, it is my first Weber and while not cheap you can tell it is well made and will last for many years. One of the accessories I ordered was the rotisserie. Unfortunately the electric motor failed on first use. These things happen from time to time. Contacted WOWBBQ who apologised and arranged for a new Motor to be sent out direct from Weber, which arrived a few days later. Great service again, can't recommend WOWBBQ highly enough, I will be using them again.”

“Excellent informative service from ordering to delivery, arrived on a wrapped pallet well protected. The delivery driver using a pallet truck kindly placed it in my garage and closed the door for my wife. I have friends that have this model Weber Spirit 11 E-220 GBS BBQ and is a excellent size for our social life being retired. WOWBBQ were very competitive in pricing and delivery to Northern Ireland and would recommend this company.”
