Thank you for your feedback, Shipping from the UK to Ireland was £12 which was clearly presented at checkout and accepted, Import Taxes and Clearance Fees would have been collected by Customs in Ireland as the UK is no longer part of the EU. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping or Custom Fees. Customer Services

Thank you for your review of the Cocker Spaniel, Apologies the packaging did not meet your expectations. A selection of Gift boxes are available on the site for purchase, we do not automatically include these due to cost of box, packaging and shipping, so offer of an option for customers wishing to upgrade. This said the doggie would have been presented in an organza pull string bag when the parcel was opened. Customer Services
