“How fab - a High St retailer that has a brilliant Online organisation too. The choice of animals on this website was excellent and the prices were very competitive. I ordered a lively Steif donkey and it arrived well within the time quoted. Great communication from the company and everything done as promised. I'd love to go and visit their shop one day - and I'm even more sure my granddaughters would like to come with me. Thanks so much.”

“Ordered a plush dog toy for our granddaughter. I wasn't happy with the airbrushing around one of the eyes but the customer service was excellent. They responded to my concern quickly and arranged a return and replacement.”

“Such an absolute delight shopping with them. Great communication from start to finish. I loved the added ability to add a passport and a cute protective bag for each amazing stuffie. I do wish they had a rewards program and specials that is you spent so much shipping was free.”

“I have purchased twice this year, these were identical purchases but the prices varied ?. If the manager is not in the shop the purchase is not possible - ring again ? Why can’t someone else expedite orders ?. My second order took three days, as it was Bank holiday week. All staff are very pleasant. Regards. IAN”

Thank you for your review and repeat purchase. Unfortunetly prices do go up which explains the small increase in price, only the manager can authorise telephone orders, as they are non compliant with latest banking standards, so manual security checks need to be performed, the data collected has to be kept secure in safe iaw PCI standards, so that staff do not have access, they are then confidentially shredded after the order has been processed, these processes are used to keep your data confidential under PCI/GDPR Of course if you place online these are done automatically, allowing prompt processing, and nobody within our store can see your card details Regards Customer services 🐻
