“After purchasing steiff bear I forgot to click gift box as thought it came with it as purchased before a while ago. I emailed to ask for one which my reply was I could purchase it and pay to get it delivered. No problem il return the bear in that case I did.”

Thank you for your review and feedback, I have looked into this and can confirm what was , ordered on 8/10, and delivered on 10/10 was correct .... "Steiff 242137 Soft Cuddly Friends My First Steiff Teddy Plush Pink Bear Steiff GIFT BOX: None" On adding any steiff product to the cart, the customer has to select one of the following packaging options: None or Yes (+£3.50) The option to upgrade to include Gift Packaging was declined when None was selected in order to add the bear to the cart This would have been visible in the cart, the order confirmation and shipped emails that no Steiff Box was included. On receipt you were disappointed that it didn't include the Steiff Box and again declined to pay the optional extra which we were happy to send out, and decided to spend more money returning it. So sorry you were disappointed, but you were sent what you ordered, receiving it within 2 days of placing the order, Customer Services

“A wonderful shop to deal with online or in-store. We have been buying from them for quite a few years now and have always felt very well looked after. The staff are always friendly and helpful to talk too and feels like they go the extra mile to make sure we get the best service. The range they have are great from pocket money bears to unusual collectors bears. Great service all round highly recommend online and in-store. Thanks Elaine and the rest of the team”
